Canceling your Membership
You may cancel your Membership within 3-days after becoming a member for a full refund by contacting Member Services at [email protected]. Any benefits used during this period will be withheld from the refund.
After the 3-day grace period, cancellation requests will result in Membership renewal prevention—it will remain active until the end of the membership term. All payments during your membership term will be required until the end of your membership term.
The same rules, time limitations, and refund eligibility options also apply for Membership renewals. Any product incentives to join ShareHolders Society™ are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
